RODIZIO CONCEPT

Rodizio is the authentic and Brazilian style of serving, where the servers bring the meats to your table straight from the grill one by one and carve it off the skewers on to your plate. You can take as much as you would like, big or small, thin or thick, you decide. Every meat is cooked to your preference, from rare all the way to well done. 

You control the pace of your meal with a double-sided coloured card, one side red and one side green. The servers will start to bring the meats to your table when you flip your card green side up. To pause the meat service, you turn the card to red side up. When you are ready for your next meat, resume the service by turning it back to green side up.
