RESERVATION TERMS

NUMBER OF GUESTS PER RESERVATION

The maximum number of guests you will be able to book  online will be 8. If you wish to make a reservation for more than 8 people please contact weymouth@samborodizio.co.uk, poole@samborodizio.co.uk and our Reception Teams will be more than happy to help.

TELEPHONE RESERVATIONS

There is no limit on the amount of people to book over the phone. A £10 deposit per person will be asked and will be removed from the final bill. 

CHILDREN IN THE EVENINGS

We welcome children of all ages and believe we provide a great atmosphere for families to enjoy the restaurant experience. In the evening if guests wish to make a reservation with children under the age of 8 please do so for no later than 6pm. When making a reservation please count children in the total number of guests and let us know if you need a high chair or space for pram/pushchair.

Please note: we politely request that children are always supervised and remain seated at the table to allow our teams and other guests to move around the restaurant safely and maintain physical distance.

CANCELLATIONS & DEPOSITS

PLEASE NOTE:
We will require a deposit of £10 per person, we require a minimum notice of 48 hours should you no longer wish to fulfil it, so we can automatically refund your deposit.
All transaction fees incurred on cancellation will be detracted from the deposit.

FAILURE TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION WITH THE REQUESTED NOTICE WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF DEPOSIT.

ONLINE PAYMENTS

Please note that all online payments and card holder ‘s data security compliance are handled by Stripe. We don’t hold credit card infomation in our servers.

WASTAGE

Due to Health and safety regulations: It is our policy for food not to be taken away from the restaurant. If there is an excessive amount of food wastage, we reserve the right to place a supplementary charge onto your final bill.

ALLERGENS

It is the customers responsibility to inform staff of any and all allergies prior to dining. The team at Sambô take food safety very seriously and particularly so when it concerns allergens in food. It is very important for us that our industry supply this important information on the food we serve to our guests. On arrival we can provide our guests with a detailed list of allergen information upon request. Please note we cannot guarantee there won’t be any cross-contamination in our food or drinks.

MENU PRICES

SAMBÔ reserve the right to change our menu price at any given time.

 SMOKING

In line with legislation passed in 2007 Sambô is a no-smoking restaurant. We do not allow e-cigarettes inside either.

PETS & GUIDE DOGS

Animals are not accepted unless assisting guests with disabilities.

DRESS CODE

Sambô’s dress code is elegant smart casual. We do not require jacket and tie, however, sportswear, tracksuits, beachwear, flip flops, fancy dress and/or items with offensive language on them are not permitted. We reserve the right to refuse admission if the dress code is not adhered to.

Our Reservation Terms  may change as we update and amend where necessary.
